I agree and it could be done if he wanted to just take as he can get it. But Mr Ball and the way he has worked this share structure is highly unusual for any penny stock I have seen. It just strikes me odd that someone wants ot accept a mere 1 million shares of AVTX in a private offering unless they are getting those shares for next to nothing in exchange for something. I hope its to get someone interested in the company and the good of its future.
