Because he asked why this had gone down. You took care of mentioning some of the reasons this SHOULD HAVE had some reason to stem the drop in price, so no need for me to mention it. But those positives do not explain why this has dropped like a lead weight.
I was answering his question, telling him why, IMO, it has dropped.
Basically, Peter diluted way too much and wayyy tooo fast, and did nothing to really show TANGIBLY, why the value should be able to handle such rapid dilution - THAT is why this has gone DOWN.
I do not buy all the excuses of "traders trading one tick" and "shorters taking control forcing price down". Those statements, IMO, are only made to try to keep guppies holding and buying, while others try to get out of their holdings.
You can see it on level II when whoever the company keeps issuing shares to, starts another dumpfest and the price drops precipitously. And then it starts to stabilize and another dump occurs. Then a month or two later we get a release that outlines the millions of shares that were issued at the time periods those dumpfests were occuring. That is why the company keeps the TA gagged - so we cannot document it while it is happening.
There is absolutely no way the buyers could overcome that amount of shares being added to the supply as quickly and consistently as it was added.
