undoubtedly a scam...PRs are always to pump the stock up and then dump...................

i actually received a call from the SEC a couple of weeks ago regarding a complaint i filed about coastal. they're so strict that they even doubted my complaint. by the tone of the voice of the woman who called me, she was telling me things like its not unusual to have a lot of forward looking statements in the PRs, blah, blah, blah... i said, i am aware of that, but when a company CEO repeatedly makes those bold statements without ever delivering, what the heck would you make of it. so i just rode out the stock for a ride till just under 0.001 and sold. got out just in the nick a' time... didn't even get the chance to ride it till 0.0013. but better safe than sorry.
