Looks like 5 milliion dumped in 2 lots and then a further odd lot of 6.4 million dumped for $7k. There's no way Delta can rely upon the small group of fans and investors to absorb these shares, but I'm sure they knew that when they made the financing arrangement.

I wonder if this was still part of the second 'traunch' or if they are currently paying the price for the third installment yet? Sad that people who know so much about rocks know so little about smart financing.
