Let's not expect it, but you do make a valid point... I want to add to that thought though... A "penny stock" is anything less than $5 right?....

If he did lower the A/S, no doubt this would easily be able to make it to dollar range and possibly out of penny stock territory.... Then he could slowly increase the shares to be compliant with a bigger exchange board right??? Maybe?? Idk....
