I just read it. (well, I read the first half of it). I honestly don't know how one could feel real optimistic about the company after reading that. They more or less said "we have this delivery system we think works, other people might have it too, we may have alot of competition, we have no money and no commitments for any more capitalization and have already issued over 100,000,000 shares, if we enter the medical field its gonna get really expensive, its a high risk investment in which you may lose your entire investment, and our board of directors can pretty much do whatever they want, even if it screws over current shareholders."
Given the financial condition of the company, it continues to amaze me that they pay Adler and Zacharin $18,000/month (and to a certain extent Tuffin, although he at least has some credentials).
