I sent an email to Jeff Robinson inquiring about the LOI, 10-K status, ASYIE symbol change, etc. I also inquired as to why the aisystems.com website is/was down. We'll see if a response is generated.

The CEO of ASYI owes the investors answers. That's what the 10-K was for. If he's going to hide from those answers then why not ask him, or his people directly?
His new partner Jeff found plenty of time over the weekend to Tweet mindless crap on his Twitter page while the two of them should have been workin on some answers for people who trusted him with their money?
