They could still post financials on their website, it wouldnt cost them a dime. Now the million dollar question is why? If a merger/ buyout was in the works they wouldnt, otherwise why not?

Ummm, maybe the numbers aren't good, maybe there's a problem with some of the wells or the recovery process. Maybe the depressed gas prices are hurting the over all numbers. Maybe none of that, but absent any clarity from UNGS this is what you have. Tea leaf reading.
