I hear you on your frustration. Just to answer your question, I believe jwez said that they decided to hold off on any movements because of the EchoStar sudden's decision to shutdown it's ViP-TV service (SP was notified on August 12th).

A little deep digging showed that EchoStar publicly announced a complete shutdown by September 30th. That probably put a lot of fear into the HOST people.
