I agree the 10K didn't make me want to jump up & down w/joy, however, how can things w/in the company be that bad when you look @ the caliber of the individuals joining our boards? Why would they join if good things aren't in the works & I don't mean years away. Also & again, the willingness of many accepting shares in lieu of $$$ payments.

The 10K states that Tom, etal, are devoting a minimum of 10 hrs./mo. to us, NOT a maximum of 10 hrs./mo. That to me is leaving the door wide open. Prefer to look @ the CVSL glass as half full.
