Well if that is the way that this worked out then that is the way that it worked out. You don't know and I don't know the details that were worked up between the lawyers for the two companies. I believe that had Waterloo shipped the products as they were supposed to do that they would have recieved payment when the products were sold.

This is just my opinion so there is no need to fly off the deep end with a bunch of responses directed to me. I don't have any connection with either company as an employee in any capacity and my only connection with Eternal Image is that of a shareholder.

I would like to know the details of what happened as much as the next guy but I don't think that either company is going to release those to the general public so I will just move along and continue to make my own decisions regarding what I will do with my own investment dollars.

Waterloo now selling directly MLB urns those that EI forgot to pay for.

Gophie I have a question and that would be WHERE ARE THEY SELLING THESE? I ask this because Eternal Image owns the rights to these and they hold a patent on the designs for this product. So do you think that Waterloo is willing to face copyright and patent infringement lawsuits that would surely be coming their way?? A judgement in Eternal Images favor would be far more damaging to them then the amount that they might make on the sales.

You said that Waterloo was selling these items so if you could list the sales outlets that they are using I am sure that EI would be interested in contacting those involved.

Waiting for your reply.
