Sheesh. It's a fairly simple concept that really belongs on the EMXC board (where it's already been discussed in detail.)

To be brief, the OTC tier is determined by OTC Markets. Go here:

http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/EMXC/quote

and you'll see very clearly a skull and bones symbol. Right under that, it says "Grey Market."

Whether the stock actually trades is a separate issue from which tier the stock trade on.
