any Preferred shares from NMGL are 100% worthless. The shares are still unregistered. FFGO no longer holds any assets. NMGL has also defaulted on the agreement.

NMGL is also abandoned and is next in line to be revoked

has anyone called, emailed or written either FFGO or NMGL and asked why they turned off all the lights and are hiding from shareholders?
