i agree. the judge appears to acknowledge the settlement agreement. if he does that, then why did he put clyw in receivership? daic should never 'get away with' a huge cut of tmobile settlement (if any), a huge number ill gotten shares, and ROW patent rights. the very root of the tree is sickness and all of its fruit is poison.

indeed, i find it very disturbing that any lawyer or bod who (mis)represented clyw in the past is in any way connected with any present or future clyw proceedings at all. you can argue that dd and his lawyers could be considered allies, but then you probably never met a poisonous snake in the grass on a summer day in your bare feet.
