Based up the update I don't think it would be safe to assume this.

Could it now be in the works - I would think so but to make that assumption is premature.

Mr. Allinder stated what the money would be used for this but also a range provided for the second round and placing an order should be a solid number and not a range IMO.

There's a big difference between 30K and 50K.
