Usually takes 3days to clear for non marginal trading unless u send by wire transfer. Not fimilar quick transfer tho

If you have a margin account your funds are available immediately otherwise you do have to wait 3 business days. I upgraded my account to margin even though I don't do margin trading just so I wouldn't have to wait for funds to settle after a transfer or trade.
