I agree. Upon leaving that statement it occurred to me that i shouldn't have used the term "large sell off". I was referring to the sells towards the latter part of the day, but by no means was it a large sell off.

It should also be noted that if the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior, then this is par for the course for BMTL. Their previous 10k's were late also (15+ days).

I understand that nothing substantial/significant should be on the filling. Obviously we won't actually see anything of substance until the second quarter's filling of this year.
