I think the general bias will be down by the end of the day. There were no breakthroughs of a reversal of trends in the 10K. In other words - no hope on better terms of financing, partners, etc.. Maybe a little less dilution than worse case scenario - but generally a blah sort of 10K. I am long 1 MM shares at .0117 and I can hold out for the bumps. But I think many may bail for good.
