Means UNGS filed a paper to suspend or terminate the duty to file a reports. Whats going on is up in the air til they release something.

It means the company is not required now to post financial information. They are going dark with their info, which could mean several things.
(1) It could mean that the costs of filing are prohibitive and they are looking at going on a lower tier OTC board.
(2) Could also mean that they are going dark with information because they are selling or merging with a different company.

If the companys is in the middle of a merger/buyout we will recieve no 8ks no financial information whatsoever.
