Exactly this, I think even dj would agree that controlling shares is hardly a red flag(not saying mexp doesn't have red flags everyone put your shotgun away)

I concur...but at least some of the companies just come out and disclose it.... Not disquise it by utilizing entities controlled by management when stating specifically that they owned NO
Preferred shares.

Just my opinion
