That's because it was wash traded at the last minute for the final EOD paint down, IMO. This is illegal but fairly easy to do between accounts. The 16% drop during the last few seconds is no coincidence. Easy to call BS on those last trades today.

Dilution occurs on the ask side through a known diluting MM like VERT or VFIN or a hidden one like VNDM. Companies don’t dilute odd lots during the last seconds like that. This is retail stock manipulation, IMO.

Tomorrow’s gap up on CAGR will confirm.
