I always thought that it means someone thinks that current prices will look good one day down the road.

As to "already losing money" I hope everyone here isn't in the "I'd better be green after my purchase" mode.

Agreed, without news lower could be in the cards, I've been saying that for 2 or 3 weeks now, and defining the target.
