Why do you have a problem with what I posted. I was simply warning other people, along with you, to only trust things that you can back up. Any information that the company tells you (through email or over the phone) has to be public information already. They can't tell you anything that isn't public and if they do they are breaking many regulations.
If the company tells you anything that isn't public already, it should not be trusted because it can't be backed up by a filing.
One more thing, let the people work. They can't tell you any information that isn't public so why bother them?
