I'm trying to understand the 'fuel shipping' truck photos

My understanding is that some original Canadian JBII shareholders have been contacted by the OSC for the purpose of an investigation, to give evidence under oath.

If you look at the summons, you'll note that the order came on Feb 15th 2012, so it's been kept very discreet.

There can't be any "actions" (better known as proceedings) since this is the investigation phase. Proceedings come later, so you can use the SEC fraud case against Bornynuik et al as an analogue in that regard.

The OSC investigation could be taking witness/investor depositions for the actual claims made about the P2O process for all we know at this point. Chances are better than good that we'll know the direction and scope of the investigation shortly after the interviews commence.

I'm trying to understand this. Ontario Securities Commission has some interviews in Niagra Falls at the end of this month. NO where does it mention JBI.
