It's right on the otc financials from After the reverse split.
Lists enright, Scaglione, and Goldberg and shares they owned... 0 preferred shares.
Then below that listed the three entities with the 30 million shares of preferred each.... Without disclosing they were owned or controlled by management.
So of it doesn't effect shares being issued ....then management gave themselves control of the vote from the get go.... Preferred stock is always a bit confusing... This case is no exception. Now that there are 1.6 billion shares authorized do they still have control ... And the other 30 million shares of preferred could come into play....
