You are right that it doesnt directly effect POSC, as Rooney and not Positron, was specifically mentioned in the SEC notice. However IMO I think you are wrong that the market doesnt consider Rooney and POSC as one in the same, and as such it does affect us. Remember November 2011, when we fell of the pps cliff when suit was announced. To remove the perception of wrong doing, Rooney needs to say something. This is not a matter of defending innocence, but rather it is an opportunity to set the record straight..
