I agree---their only chance to get paid is a win...I look for a favorable Markman ruling which precipitates a settlement---then on to an auction with the rest of the infringers and those planning on infringing sweating a bit :-)

I suspect that the new attorney's are on board because of the reputation and professionalism of the receiver. You know just as well as I do that there is incredible value here.
