Sure, but what does that have to do with my posting the due date, extension date and referencing the past 10K filings to give a person an idea of WHEN to expect them? You act as though you are defending a negative comment by me, but they are just facts, as I have no control over when they file and what they did in the past. If you find the very fact they have filed at the very last date to be negative then your problem is with the company, not the person posting the very fact that they have indeed filed July 14th, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
