If the S8 shares issued are indeed for Lev's services... Did you put any speculative thought into backing into a 96,000 dollar stated value of the 2,000,000. Any way we can find out what LEV's % of payment usually is for previous r/M's competed. For 'backing' into that would give us some idea of the deal's overall value?
