Hey Viet,

On March 21st Wally sent Guyer a letter with 11 issues that came up while he was going over the AM-03. He gave him a deadline of April 17th to reply:

Instead of waiting until April 17th, Guyer replied on April 4th with answers to all 11 questions; however, three of the answers, Item 7, Item 9, and Item 10 were answered with the statement, "This information is being supplied under separate cover."

There's been a lot of confusion and speculation on the board about the separate cover issue.

Item 7 is about the 100 year flood plane.
Item 9 is about the proposed financial warranty.
Item 10 is about the plans for the Environmental Protection Facility.

We aren't quite sure what lies under the separate covers.
