Hi Pink, Yes in MOST CASE's that is NOT a good sign, The Companines have avoided giving information etc out and No return emails or phone calls from Management all make these look bad.

HOWEVER this is NOT the case with ARTS. The CEO is clearly active, Returns Phone Calls and answers emails and states he is working on getting this back to a full trading stock. So with all that being said, Nothing to lose by wait and see. The CEO has made it clear he made mistakes and is working to clear them up. So that makes the use of Grey Matter a bit easier, GLTY
