a quick scan of pacer says nothing has happened with the patent case aside from Ruyan filing a protective order on their intellectual property during the discovery phase of the trial... I guess that means most of the documents from here on out will be redacted and chopped up when it comes to ecig trade secrets..... still looking to 2013 for a trial.
The SFI/SEC case remains closed. No disgorgement penalties were ever issued when the criminal case ended. In my eyes the SEC case was a dog and pony show, put on to back up the ludicrous claims of the FBI sting operation. Meanwhile the JP Morgue and Goldman Whacks were running around free shorting the rest of the world out of their 401k's. TS is a pimple on a fly's behind compared to what the real criminals have done... Roth is a tool and let the company sink even further down the rabbit hole without so much as a hint of fight.
At least Rapid chill is manning up.... although it's going to be hard to justify the enormous market cap at the PPS some are hoping for over there.... even at a penny It would be close to 9 million right now. I think some are going to get hurt if they can't find outside financing. It's a nice product but they are not going to sell a million units anytime soon and they seemingly have put all their eggs into this basket....
