that particular use of shares doesn't bother me...the real question is are there other transactions like this? There is something wrong with the way this stock is trading day after day after day with one good news day after another....
this should trigger one question only IMO....are there MORE of these out there that can give us the answers we're looking for. And the answer is simple: yes or no
