killbid...I think it's just a case of an ill-defined object of the preposition. I certainly interpret it as Q giving shares of Q to Valcom as an advance payment of the film library license.

Sorry, if Garvis is right the math points to QBID, but throughout the document'the Company' is Valcom. ugh.
