I would absolutely love it if the filing didn't come out until about an hour after open on Tue.

See, the worse case scenario to missing the deadline is an E gets attached until the filing arrives. The chances of ASYI going pink though, IMVHO, are extremely slim. So, a Tue filing would give me a chance to grab more at a decent pps, since that's the soonest I'll have more funds available.
