Any time, OUT OF THE BLUE, they will spring it on us, and they will NOT provide any specifics about how this AQUISITION deal will be done.

To me, that makes this more than a 90% chance that they will reverse split us and split us hard, and we won't find out how they really structured the deal for a quarter or so after they announce it. That is how Peter always works.
