This is not opinion, it is a fact. NSL's quarters do not coincide with normal quarters. NSL files late every quarter because of that.

Example.
Normal 1st Quarter 3/31
NSL 2/28
Normal 2nd Quarter 6/30
NSL 5/31
Normal 3rd Quarter 9/30
NSL 8/31
Normal End of Year. 12/31
NSL 11/30

Check their SEC filings and you will see the dates.
It has to do with when they originally started business.
