Looking at scxc as it is coming out of a descending triangle here. Williams R is oversold and looking to turn up. Hammer on friday might mean a reversal soon. Looking to accumulate the low to mid .002's Need to break .0025 .003 range here

There are 1.9 bil outstanding, 1 bil float. This was confirmed in an email to me by DeJong and Cimino.
