Yes, the current President was a member of management through November 2011, and then rejoined in March 2012. Although his current bio doesn't tell you about his prior involvement. It is as if they are trying to hide it.

I think the old people that looted the Company and screwed the shareholders are still in charge. They are probably just reloading and will pull the same BS as they did before. They made plenty of money on it the first time, so why not try again?

Since the same people still have voting control of the stock, and will likely add to it through the conversion of the old debt into new stock, I doubt they have any motivation to make any serious changes at all.
