"1. SonyBmg's, President Thomas Hesse, the Chief STRATEGIC officer since 2002 with BMG, Has been consistently putting the record industry on notice by publicly stating his intentions for ramping up copy-protection 100% BY THE END of 2005!!!"

It would be great if you could provide a link or copy of a letter, agreement or pending contract, where Mr Hesse has stated Sony/Bmg will be using MMXT in their 100% ramp up.

Part of the problem we have is that the competition seems to be making headway as well. According to BMG when I spoke to them, they will be testing yet another copy protection technology, through the next quarter. Don't get me wrong, I'll take a piece of the action.....if it can get us to 145 million copy protected cd's this year.

Intuition??? Tell me something I don't already know mario.LOL!!

A tid bit from my last post,

I still believe we have a good shot at some impressive growth for the rest of the year provided BMG and others get serious real soon as the start of the busy season approaches. As I've said before, it's up to the labels to move forward with conviction from here.

I'll be watching for any such conviction in the coming weeks and months!!BMG,SONY,UMG,WARNER,EMI,KOCH.

I simply stated I would like for this to play out this year and not get delayed again!! Thank you for your posts!!

BTW. I hope "get shorty" works this time too.
