We hit 114 grams gold over 7.8 meters after hitting gold over a two kilometer strike. Unfortunately we are still open along strike and at depth. The positive posts on the EXS boards are definitely to blame as well. The latest reports of a probable mirror at the north wall are probably what really did the price in.

Finally, the fact that Chris Dupont managed to get financing while so many other junior explorers could not, may have hurt some of the other miners invested in EXS who now have to sell EXS shares to fund their own projects.

As to the timing of the sell off - one can look to the calendar of events and draw one's own conclusions. With all that being said, I think we should let the regulators do their job. After all, the only poll that counts is the one on election day.

Two additional options to consider:

6. Transformation from exploration to "developmental" junior ("blue-sky premium" eliminated from the valuation metric)

7. Dilution (issuance of 50m additional shares since last Autumn)(plus additional Directors' "incentive" options)

(The first six "reasons" are invalid)
