#56300 RE: resolve #56298

Best guess, the court will issue a ruling very soon. Don't believe the court will dismiss. We are headed to the Markman Hearing, which is where we should have been two years ago. Now that someone competent is overseeing things, we may have our best shot at realizing some cash. If the attorneys for Calypso have signed on as contingency or something such as that, it puts Calypso in a better bargaining situation. A professional mediator is another good step, it at least gives them the opportunity to meet, which wouldn't happen with the prior management of Calypso. I like the plan so far. Hopefully the receiver won't take any low ball offer just to get this part of the process finished. If I were the daic parties and was allowed to keep what they were given, I would be funding this legal process against Tmob. It means a great deal to them because they receive a percentage of any settlement and they are limited in how much they will get for their stock going forward. For the first time they now don't have the opportunity to get the patent. It's in the hands of the receiver. With a much larger audience in the ring to bid, there is no guarantee the daic parties can end up with the patent at any auction. And now any auction would be handled in accordance with a high degree of oversight. So basically, the daic parties need the settlement amount to be large, they don't get another shot. So assuming they get to keep their settlement in place, they now need to help get the share price up. They will need all the money they can get to fight for the patent in those other countries and it won't be cheap. Assuming they get to keep the last settlement in place. It's all history now, but their shares would have been worth so much more had they gotten the Tmob case to the Markman Hearing two years ago and so would ours. It remains to be seen how much we might end up with, but I won't be waiting around on a daily basis for all this to work it's way through the various systems. It's going to take time. I'm in regardless the outcome, but nobody else can get in at this point. If a settlement were to be reached with Tmob, we'll probably have people trying to buy our shares. Look for new posters trying to get your shares. Whether you take it or not is your decision, I'll take my chances.
