Considering that they have never filed a 10K by the end of June and have always filed a NT-10K every year since inception, I would not hold my breath, as each 10K since 2008 has been filed in July at the latest possible date.

Seems to be the trend here, in fact I have noticed a lot of disturbing trends, did anyone notice BRVO was revoked by the SEC today? Wasn't this guy also in charge of that company before this one?
