Whoever produced that video is a complete fool and just goes to show how little he / she knows about trading.

There are certain brokerages that allow you to route through various market makers. Lightspeed being one of them. Did you know that I could sit on the ASK and route through FANC, VFIN, VNDM and also BID sit and route through FANC, MAXM, LAMP? Or a whole slew of combinations?

Small fry retail always gets this confused and is just one of the ways bigger money beats retail. This is how big money groups can box a ticker to load among other things.
