I have an email exchange w/ Henry back on March 6, the day of that accountant 8K.

I'll post a jpeg of the email correspondence in an hour or two, but right now I'm reading the email on my phone and Henry told me that the company has been workign on the 10k and that they feel it will be released w/in the normal timeframe.

I then asked him about the situation with the accountant, Clay thomas. Henry would not devulde any of the details but he did tell me they were working toward a resolution andthey expected it to be resolved shortly.
