Yah, well, if you recall, when 1 and 2 World went down, the SEC did not give Morgan or Cantor, or any other company with records in those buildings any extension. They still had to file on time. Also, Stuff happens, New York Yankees in the World Series means Business Wire staff is out of the office and filings dont get done in time. The SEC does not care. Been there, done that personally, not hearsay.
