I guess you don't believe in "those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it".

They voluntarily became a non-filer, they could register and become a filer again at any time. The fact that they don't want to should tell you something about their desire for transparency.

IMHO, this is the first step in CDS taking the company private at some point, and it won't be at a profit to current shareholders.
