I do not think you read what you take from others and post here, VC are not “buying” this security, they are issued shares at steep discount up to 50% from an average share price of the three lowest days in a 10 day period of time. This is not a “price pull down” event, this is dumping 101 due to convertible debt occurring and not enough interest to sustain buying at the Ask.

The only people that load here are momo groups looking for a bounce play, but they know all to well that SUGO is converting debt to shares and are waiting for a quick play at .0001 for a bounce. That is all that is left here, the proverbial dead cat bounce as the security finally hits .0001 causing a reaction of buyers trying to catch that easy 100% if not 300% increase.
