thx for the update on MES, McB. Last I heard was the Puntland athorities softened up regarding the offshore PSCs because of AOI's success finding onshore oil in Kenya, plus a favorabe result ( so far ) on the Shabaal well.
Also, thx for the Jacka Resources story on your website. Jacka, at one time, was going to double up with Pancontinental for bidding purposes. Is there any intel on who Jacka is partnered up with in Somaliland ??
