Denise, your points are valid and I share many of them with you. What you have to do now is put yourself in managements shoes. Thus if you are about to move to the next level all of the things you are requesting will have to be in place. When the new investors come along with the new news the shadow biz. model is not going to work anymore. My opinion has always been that if you can get into this anywhere under a dollar you have been very lucky indeed.
